Surface Treatment

Sandblasting, powder coating, chromate treatment, polishing, electrophoresis… provide castings with a variety of appearances and functionalities.

Baking Paint

Powder coating not only protects products from chemical corrosion, rust, impact, and scratches but also offers good aesthetics and vibrant colors. Liquid or powder coating is provided according to customer needs.

Sandblasting

Using fine particles to impact the metal surface, sandblasting utilizes the abrasive’s impact and cutting action to alter the surface texture and shape, improving surface roughness, enhancing adhesion, beautifying appearance, and increasing resistance to fatigue and hardness.

Suspension Sandblasting Machine

Rotating suspended workpieces are slowly rotated to ensure that the surface is uniformly impacted by steel shots. This process is suitable for large castings, complex shapes, and hollow castings.

Tunnel-Type Sandblasting Machine

As a key supplier of agricultural machinery, SWED has a fully automatic tunnel-type sandblasting machine dedicated to cylinders, ensuring an even sandblasted surface and stable high quality.

Electrophoretic Coating

Electrodeposition coating uses electricity to evenly adhere the paint to the surface. Even products with complex shapes can achieve a uniform coating. The adhesion is stronger than conventional spraying methods, providing excellent anti-rust properties. It is safe, low in pollution, and has a high paint utilization rate.

Vibratory Finishing

High-frequency vibrations generated by vibrating machinery cause the workpiece and ceramic stones to rub against each other, removing the original rough and uneven surface. This process reduces surface roughness, achieving both grinding and polishing effects.
