Melting

Holding chamber settling, automated ladling, high-efficiency holding furnaceSWED employs a central independent melting furnace with precise temperature control to maintain the quality of the aluminum melt. During the melting process, aluminum oxides are isolated and removed to prevent any material changes in the aluminum. The molten aluminum is then held in an insulating chamber. An automated ladling system transfers pure aluminum melt from the melting furnace to the holding furnace, ensuring purity and consistent temperature through efficient insulation, precise temperature control, and multi-layer filtration.

High-Pressure Vacuum Die Casting

SWED utilizes servo-controlled high-speed die-casting machines, which allow multi-stage speed adjustments during the injection process. With die-casting machines ranging from 125 tons to 480 tons, we can meet a wide variety of production needs.

By combining high-pressure die-casting technology with vacuum technology, we enhance the structural strength of die-cast parts, reduce porosity, and produce complex shapes, ultra-thin parts, and products with special requirements, achieving high-quality craftsmanship.
