Aluminum Ingot Analysis
Aluminum alloys are produced by adding and blending various alloys during the melting process to meet different specifications. To ensure the quality and consistency of the aluminum ingots, each batch of incoming material undergoes alloy composition analysis.
Hardness test
Using a hardness tester to inspect whether the material withstands fracture or specific deformation under mechanical loading, checking the hardness of aluminum alloy after heat treatment to ensure it meets the required performance.
Dimensional inspection
Using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), height gauges, and other tools to inspect the dimensions, shapes, angles, and precision of workpieces, ensuring they fall within tolerance ranges.
